HOLLYOAKS star James Sutton showcased his incredible body transformation after losing a stone.
The actor - who plays Jean Paul McQueen in the Channel 4 soap - proudly revealed his muscular physique after hitting the gym.
James, 39, said by completely overhauling his fitness routine it has changed his life.
The TV star shared a before and after snap to show fans the progress.
James uploaded a topless image and said he felt "unhappy and unmotivated" before altering his lifestyle.
In the second photo, he showed off his bulging biceps after achieving his fitness goal.
